Huawei’s Honor brand seems to have a new tablet up its sleeves. A new Honor Tablet bearing model number BG2-U01 has been certified by TENAA. For those who are not aware, TENNA is a compulsory Chinese certification authority.
The listing reveals a 7-inch TFT display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. The device has dimensions of 187.6 x 103.7 x 8.6 mm and weighs about 275 grams. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box witch customized EMUI on top.
The Honor BG2-U01 is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor and features in 2GB RAM. It has 16GB of internal memory and allows further expansion up to 128GB using MicroSD Card.
This entry level tablet is equipped with 2MP cameras, one on the front and back. It also houses a built-in 4000 mAh battery, that should at least last you a day. It has SIM slot and supports GSM / WCDMA networks.
The Honor BG2-U01 tablet will come in Streamer Gold and Sky Gray color options. We expect it to launch in coming weeks as it has already been certified by TENAA.
