Acer Holo360, Xtro360 & Vision360 Cameras announced at IFA 2017 [updated]

At IFA 2017 event in Berlin, Acer has unveiled three 360-degree cameras called Holo360, Xtro360 and Vision360. Interesting part is that both cameras comes with LTE, allowing one to use Internet on the go.

Acer Holo360

Starting with Holo360, it is an all-in-one camera that features 3-inch TFT LCD touch-screen. It runs on Qualcomm’s Connected Camera platform and is powered by 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC.
It runs runs on Android 7.1 Nougat OS. This 360-degree camera has most of smartphone features and allows one to share photos / videos on social media. The 4G LTE connectivity is added bonus as it does not require pairing.

The Halo360 specs also include 16MP + 16MP cameras with Sony IMX298 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor, 187-degree FOV and F/2.1 Aperture
It also features 360-degree video recording in 4K resolution. It can also capture photos at 6.9K resolution (24MP images). It has 2GB RAM, 16GB eMMC storage and allows further expansion up to 128GB. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth V4.1 LE and GPS are also present.
The Acer Halo 360 is priced at $429 (£330 or AU$540 approx.) and will arrive in North America in November 2017. It comes bundled with water-resistant case. You can also expect it in Europe (starting at €349), Middle East and Africa in Q4 2017.

Acer Xtro360

This one basically comes with a larger screen when compared with Halo360. It has a faster processor  and offers LTE connectivity as well.
The Xtro360 camera also allows one to edit photos / footage without the need of PC or smartphone. Users can also upload the final shots on social media and Live stream as well.
Pricing and availability details were not revealed.

Acer Vision360

The Vision360 camera is aimed at those who wants an in-car dash cam. It comes with built-in location tracking, allows remote viewing and doubles as an action camera when needed. It easily mounts with Wind-Shield.
It comes with two camera (6MP + 6MP) that can capture everything in 4K resolution. Primary camera features include 7P lens, F/2.0 Aperture and 1.62 micron pixels
It has built-in location tracking as well. In case there is a collision on the road, Acer says that it will add GPS coordinates to the recording and automatically upload it on cloud for evidence.

The device has 2.4-inch display with 320 x 240 pixels resolution. It has 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC with Adreno 506 GPU. There is 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM and allows further expansion.
The Vision360 camera measures 128 x 48 x 52 mm. It comes equipped with Accelerometer, Hall Effect, Light sensor, Barometer, Gyro, Temperature, Humidity sensor and e-Compass.
Acer did not reveal pricing and availability details of Vision360 camera.
