Alcatel Flash Plus 2 with 5.5-Inch 1080p Display, metal body announced

Alcatel expands its smartphone line up with the launch of its latest mobile named Flash Plus 2. It is equipped with Fingerprint sensor just bellow the display, that unlocks the phone in just 0.5 seconds.
The mobile sports an uni-body aluminium  design and is equipped with AKM4375 chip, NXP9890 Audio Amplifier and IRD digital filter that ensures optimum audio experience. It has 5.5-Inch OGS Display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 160 degree viewing angles.
The Alcatel Flash 2 is powered by 2GHz x 4 + 1GHz x 4 (octa core) MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 processor and houses Mali-T860 MP2 GPU clocked at 700 MHz. It comes in two variants of 2GB RAM with 16GB storage and 3GB LPDDR3 RAM and 32GB storage ROM. MicroSD card slot up to 128GB are also supported.

The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and houses Dual SIM slots that support 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+. Inside is 3000 mAh battery that supports fast charging (50% in 30 minutes).
The handset measures 152.6 x 76.4 x 8.2 mm , weighs 157 grams and supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The Alcatel Flash 2 Specs also include 5MP front camera with 1.12μm pixel size, F/2.2 Aperture, 84-degree wide angle lens and LED Flash. On the back is a powerful 13MP primary snapper, equipped with dual-tone LED Flash, OV13853 Sensor, F/2.0 Aperture, 76.5-degree wide angle lens, 5P lens and supports PDAF as well.
The Alcatel Flash 2 2GB RAM / 16GB storage variant is priced at US$ 160 while the 3GB RAM / 32GB storage model has price-tag of US$ 190. The phone will initially go on sale in Thailand, Monaco, Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia. Pricing in local markets may vary.
