Alcatel has introduced a new tablet in US markets called Alcatel Joy Tab 2. It is powered by Android 10 OS and is light weight.
The Alcatel Joy Tab 2 features in 8-inch Asahi Glass display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. Under the hood is 2GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space, of which about 24.5GB is user available.
It is an Android 10 Tablet with 5MP front camera for selfies and video calling coupled with another 5MP shooter at the back. It has enhanced speaker system and Smart Power Amplifier.
The Alcatel Joy Tab 2 specs include 4080mAh battery which delivers up to 9 hours of video playback or up to 25 days of standby. The tablet also comes with single nano SIM Slot for 4G LTE.
Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack are supported as well.
The Alcatel Joy Tab 2 retails for $119.99 and is available at Metro by T-Mobile.
