Huami has officially introduced its new Amazfit GTS 2 Mini smartwatch in China. It is basically a smaller version of GTS 2.
The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini is 5ATM rated, making it water resistant at 50 meter depths. It has dimensions of 40.5 x 35.8 x 8.95 mm and weighs about 19.5 grams without strap.
The smartwatch features a 1.55-inch AMOLED display 354 x 306 pixels resolution and 301ppi pixel density. It is placed inside an aluminum body. It uses Bluetooth V5.0 LE for seamless connectivity and comes with GPS/GLONASS and NFC.
The wearable is compatible with most Android and iOS smartphones. Once connected, it gives easy control to music and camera. The wearable has a built-in microphone and comes bundled with Xiao Ai voice assistant.
The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini features in Huami’s very own BioTracker and 2 PPG with support for 24-hour heart rate and SpO2 monitoring. The smartwatch has sleep tracking, activity tracking and comes with more than 70 sports modes.
There several other sensors inside like Biological data sensor, ambient light sensor, Geomagnetic sensor, Accelerometer and Gyroscope. There is a 220 mAh battery inside which offers up to 21 days of on long battery life mode or 14 days of typical usage.
The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini price is set at 699 Yuan (US$ 106 / Rs. 7850 approx.) and comes in Obsidian Black, Rose Pink and Deep Pine Green colors. It is already up for sale in China. [source]
