Huami has unveiled a new retro design smart watch called Amazfit Neo. It has 5ATM rating which makes it water resistant up to 50 meters.
The wearable measures 40.3 x 41 x 11.7 mm and weighs 32 grams. It has plastic built with for buttons for accessibility. The watch sports a 1.2-inch STN LCD Display which shows clear texts even in sunlight.
The Amazfit Neo uses Bluetooth V5.0 LE to connect with smartphones. It is also compatible with most Android and iOS devices. Once connected, the smartwatch can receive notifications of calls, messages, emails and other apps.
This smartwatch also includes optical heart rate sensor and tri-axis accelerometer. It has three sports mode – Walking, Running, Cycling and allows activity tracking. Sleep monitoring is also present.
The Amazfit Neo also integrates Huami-PAI analytics which gives you details on your heart health and overall fitness. There is a 160mAh battery which company claims to offer up to 37 days of usage on basic use or about 28 days with typical usage.
The Amazfit Neo price is 299 Yuan (US$ 43 / Rs. 3200 approx.) and comes in Black, Green and Orange colors. It is already available in China.
