Apple unveils new iPad Air with A14 Bionic Chip, 8th Gen iPad 10.2 tags along

Along with Apple Watch Series 6, company has also unveiled its new iPad Air and 8th Generation Apple iPad. These come in Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi + Cellular models.

The new iPad Air houses 10.9 inch IPS true-tone display with Wide P3 colors and comes with fingerprint resistant Oleophobic coating. It supports 2nd Gen Apple Pencil and boasts 1.8% reflectivity.

Pumping inside new Apple iPad Air is A14 bionic Chip. It has 64GB / 256GB storage space and houses 7MP front and 12MP rear shooter. It has stereo speakers, dual Mic and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. It has 28.6Wh battery with USB-C charging.

The new 8th Gen Apple iPad 10.2 features in a slightly smaller 10.2-inch display. It has same fingerprint resistant oleophobic coating. Under the hood is A12 Bionic chipset paired with 32GB / 128GB storage options. It has 1.2MP front and 8MP rear shooter and 32.4Wh battery capacity.

The new iPad (8th generation) is available to order starting today on apple.com and in the Apple Store app in more than 25 countries and regions, including the US. iPad will be available beginning Friday, September 18, with a starting price of $329 (US) for the Wi-Fi model and $459 (US) for the Wi-Fi + Cellular model, and comes in silver, space gray, and gold finishes in 32GB and 128GB configurations.

The new iPad Air will be available starting next month on apple.com and in the Apple Store app in 30 countries and regions, including the US. Wi-Fi models of iPad Air will be available with a starting price of $599 (US) and Wi-Fi + Cellular models start at $729 (US). The new iPad Air, in 64GB and 256GB configurations, will be available in five beautiful finishes including silver, space gray, rose gold, green, and sky blue.
