ARCHOS 101 Saphir 2-in-1 rugged tablet with keyboard doc announced

ARCHOS has announced its first 2-in1 tablet with keyboard called 101 Saphir. It has IP54 rating for dust, water resistance and can sustain drops from up to 1 meter. This rugged tablet is targeted at hikers, riders and outdoor workers.
The ARCHOS 101 Saphir specs include 10.1-inch IPS display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution and 5-point multi-touch support. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 MediaTek MT8163 processor with ARM Mali-T720 MP2 GPU.
It has 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage memory and allows further expansion up to 128GB as well. The 2-in-1 Tablet is equipped with 2MP front facing camera and 5MP fixed focus main snapper on the back with 720p video recording support.
The ARCHOS 101 Saphir features in 6000mAH Li-ion battery and comes with 5V/2A charging adaptor. It offers up to 5 hours of video playback.
The tablet has dimensions of 265.4 x 181 x 13.4 mm and weighs about 600 Grams. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box and comes with ARCHOS video and ARCHOS files applications (apart from usual Google apps).
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth V4.0, GPS/A-GPS, USB Type-C, Micro HDMI etc. It also includes dual stereo loud speakers, microphone and 3.5mm Audio Jack. It has G-Sensor and Accelerometer as well.
The ARCHOS 101 Saphir will be showcased at MWC 2017 (Hall 6, Booth #460). Tablet will launch in June 2017. Pricing details will be revealed at the time am launch.
