ARM Kigen family IoT chipsets now integrates SIM functionality

ARM has unveiled its new Kigen Technology that integrates SIM functionality to its new IoT chip design. They are calling this integrated component as iSIM.
ARM visions a trillion connected IoT devices by 2035. Arm Kigen OS provides a scalable, low footprint and GSMA compliant software stack to enable full integration of SIM functionality into IoT SoC designs.
Arm Kigen has remote provisioning server solution that offers flexibility with a modular design for easy integration with MNO and IoT platforms.
The GSMA Embedded SIM offer secure identity in cellular IoT applications for both device makers and service providers.
The new iSIM will take about fraction of millimeter on the chip. It offers easy integration with MCU, Cellular modem and SIM identity., thus severely reducing the device cost.
