ASUS ASUS_I007D gets certified with Snapdragon branding

A new ASUS smartphone with Snapdragon branding at back has been certified by TENAA. The model in question is listed as ASUS_I007D.

The ASUS_I007D offers 5G SA/NSA and dual 4G VoLTE via its dual SIM slots. The device is powered by Android 11 OS out of the box. Photos of the handset reveal a fingerprint sensor at back for fast and secure unlocking. Interestingly, TENAA mentions an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Chinese certification authority TENAA reveals a 6.78-inch AMOLED display (with unknown resolution) on ASUS_I007D. Under the hood is a 2.84GHz octa-core processor which is likely Snapdragon 888 SoC.

The chipset is paired with 16GB RAM and 512GB of built-in storage space, which is non expandable. The Asus ASUS_I007D model comes with horizontally aligned triple rear cameras with 64MP being its main shooter. ASUS branding is placed at bottom rear side. At the front side of this smartphone house a 12MP selfie shooter.

The ASUS_I007D comes with 3840mAh (1920mAh x 2) battery inside and supports fast charging. Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.2, USB Type-C and GPS/GLONASS/Bediou will be supported.

The ASUS ASUS_I007D has dimensions of 172.92 x 77.33 x 9.55 mm and weighs 217.7 grams. It comes in single Starry Blue colours. We should get more details about this mobile phone in coming days.
