Asus Chromebook Flip C302CA with 12.5-inch display announced

Asus has announced its premium Chromebook Flip C302CA. It has tough and durable metal finish and features 360-degre hinge.
This Asus Chromebook Flip C302CA can be used in four modes – Laptop / Stand / Tent / Tablet. It is also equipped with light sensor automatically adjusts brightness according to the ambience.
The Chromebook features 12.5-inch multi-touch LED  backlit Display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It has 60Hz Glare Panel which offers 45% NTSC color gamut.
Under the hood comes option for Intel Core M 6Y30 or 6Y75 (6th Gen) processor with Integrated Intel Graphics GPU. It has options for 4GB / 8GB RAM and comes in 32GB / 64GB / 128GB storage (eMMC) options. It has multi-formate card reader (SD/SDHC/SDXC).
The Chromebook Flip C302CA specs include 39Wh battery that is said to offer about 10 hours battery life. The notebook has dimensions of 304 x 210 x 13.7 mm and weighs about 1.2kg (with battery).
It runs on Chrome OS, houses HD web camera and supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth V4.2, two USB Type-C 3.1 etc. It also includes stereo speakers with 87db Hi-Fi audio and 3.5mm combo audio jack.
The Asus Chromebook Flip C302CA price starts at $499 for base Core M3 / 4GB RAM / 32GB storage model. The price goes as high as $1000 for premium variant powered by Intel Core M7 / 8GB RAM and 128GB storage ROM. It is already available in USA.
