ASUS Windows Mixed Reality Headset (HC102) introduced

ASUS has introduced its new Windows Mixed Reality Headset (HC102) at IFA 2017. It has friendly and convenient design that allows easy switching between real and virtual worlds.
It is equipped with two front-facing tracking cameras with six-degrees-of-freedom (6DoF) position tracking. There are 32 LED lights on each controller that allows the headset to map your environment, track your movement and controllers.
The ASUS Mixed Reality Headset features in a 2.89-inch diagonal display (X2) with 1440 x 1440 pixels resolution per eye (2880 x 1440 combined). The screen delivers 90Hz refresh rate and 95-degree horizontal FOV.
ASUS Mixed Reality Headset (HC102) image -1The headset is equipped with array of sensors like gyroscope, accelerometer and magnetometer that determines your orientation. The device sports inside out tracking design that perfectly syncs with physical and virtual world, free of latency or distortion.
The ASUS Mixed Reality Headset (HC102) price starts at €449 (US$ 535 / Rs. 34,250 approx.). Company did not reveal whether they’ll include controller in the bundle.
