Asus ZenBook 3 with slim aluminium body announced

Computex 2016 has already started and at the even, Asus has announced its latest Zenbook 3 notebook. It has 11.9mm slim chassis and is aerospace-grade aluminum alloy build. It is said to be 50% stronger than standard alloys.
It weighs just 910 grams and features slim bezels. It has golden highlights on a diamond cut design and is made using special 2-phase anodizing process.
It has a 3mm thin fan for cooling and is equipped with full sized backlit keyboard. It also include glass-covered precision touchpad for smooth input and makes use of palm-rejection technology. Additionally, it supports handwriting and smart-gestures as well.

The next-generation Asus Zenbook 3 houses a 12.5-Inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for scratch resistance. The screen has 82% screen to body ratio and 72% NTSC color gamut. The laptop also has fingerprint reader with Windows Hello support.
Inside is an Intel Core-i7 Processor with 16GB (2133MHz) RAM and allows storage up to 1TB PCIe Gen 3 x4 SSD. This laptop is also equipped with Harman Kardon Quad Speakers for optimum sound. USB Type-C is also supported. The laptop also supports fast charging technology that charges 60% in just 49 minutes.
The Asus ZenBook 3 price starts at US$ 999 and comes in multiple colour options of Rose Gold, Quartz Grey and Royal Blue.
