Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom (ZE553KL) with 12MP dual rear cameras announced

Asus expands its Zoom Series phones at CES 2017 with the announcement of Zenfone 3 Zoom (ZE553KL).
It has 5.5-inch AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 500nits brightness. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 as well.
The Zenfone 3 Zoom Specs include 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor (14nm) coupled with Adreno 506 GPU.
It has 3GB / 4GB RAM variants with options of 32GB / 64GB / 128GB eMMC Storage ROM. It allows further expansion up to 2TB using MicroSD card.
It has Hybrid Dual SIM (micro + nano / microSD) slots and support 4G VoLTE. The mobile comes with Dual internal mic and delivers Hi-Res Audio 192kHz / 24-bit standard.
The Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom features 12MP dual camera setup on the back with dual tone LED Flash. The primary 12MP snapper has 56mm telephoto lens, Sony IMX362 sensor, 1.4μm pixel size, 4-axis OIS, 3-axis EIS and supports PDAF, Laser AF and. The secondary 12MP camera on the back has F/2.0 Aperture and 5P largan Lens. It also offers 12x Zoom and 2.3x optical zoom. It has 13MP front facing camera with F/2.0 Aperture and Sony IMX214 Sensor.
The phone has TriTech+ optimizations that selects one of the three auto focus methods – Dual Pixel, Continuous AF and Laser. It promises to capture image in just 0.03 seconds. It has Manual shooting mood and will all capture RAW images with Android Nougat update.
The Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom has 5000mAh battery. It offers up to 6.4 hours of Ultra HD video recording and about 42 days of standby. It fits into a mobile with thickness of 7.99 mm and weighs a total of 170 grams.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, USB Type-C, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
The Zenfone 3 Zoom (ZE553KL) comes in Glacier Silver, Sapphire Black and Rose Gold color options. It will start rolling from Feb 2017. Pricing details were not revealed.
