Asus ZenFone 4 Max with 5000 mAh battery announced

Asus has announced its latest smartphone in Russia called ZenFone 4 Max. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with Zen UI 3.0 on top.
The mobile houses dual Nano SIM slots and has uni-body metal design. It has front facing fingerprint sensor that unlocks the cell phone in just 0.3 seconds.
The Asus ZenFone 4 Max specs include 5000 mAh non-removable battery with 10W rapid charging. It is said to offer up to 40 hours 3G talk time and 46 days of standby. It can last up to 22 hours of video playback and about 26 hours Wi-Fi playback on websites.
The handset has dimensions of 154 x 76.9 x 8.9 mm and weighs about 181 grams. It has 5.5-inch IPS display with 2.5D curved glass. The screen offers 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and has 10-point multi-touch support.
Depending on the variant, it has 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC with Adreno 308 GPU (500MHz) or 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 Mobile Platform processor with Adreno 505 GPU.
It has options of 2GB RAM with 16GB storage, 3GB RAM with 32GB internal memory and 4GB RAM with 64GB ROM. All allow further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
The Asus ZenFone 4 Features in 8MP selfie camera with F/2.2 Aperture, 85-degree wide angle lens and soft LED flash. It has PixelMaster 4.0 and can take 140-degree selfie panorama.
On the back side is camera setup with LED flash. Primary one is of 13MP and comes with F/2.0 Aperture, 26mm focal length, 80-degree wide angle lens, PDAF (in 0.03 seconds) etc. The secondary rear camera has 120-degree wide angle lens and supports EIS.
The smartphone is equipped with dual noise cancellation microphones, 5-magnet speakers with NXP Smart Amplifiers. Apart from 4G VoLTE, other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth V4.1, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS/BDS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
The Asus ZenFone 4 Max price starts a13,900 Ruble (Rs. 15,175 / US$ 235 /€205 approx.) for 2GB RAM / 16GB ROM variant (Model: ZC554KL-4A001RU). It comes in Black, Gold and Pink color options and will go on sale in Russia soon.
