Few days back, Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie and Zenfone 4 Selfie pro popped up at company European e-shop. Today, we have come across a new ASUS smartphone.
Chinese certification authority TENAA has certified a cell phone called ASUS_Z01MDA. Most of the specifications are similar (not exactly same) to Zenfone 4 Selfie pro however, we are speculating a different variant of it..
The ASUS_Z01MDA has dimensions of 154.2 x 74.83 x 7 mm and weighs 145 grams. It has 5.5-Inch AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by 2900 mAh battery.
Unlike the leaked Zenfone 4 Selfie listing, this one is powered by 2GHz octa-core processor, most probably a Snapdragon 625 SoC. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box.
According to TENAA, it comes in 3GB / 4GB RAM options along with 32GB / 64GB / 128GB internal storage space. The handset also allows further expansion up to 32GB using MicroSD Card.
The ASUS_Z01MDA features in dual front cameras consisting of 12MP + 5MP and selfie flash. It has 16MP Auto Focus shooter at the back with LED Flash. This contradicts to earlier listing of Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro.
Usual connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS will be supported as well.
