German consumer electronics maker Blaupunkt has launched four ‘Made-in-India’ Android TV models in India. The German brand has entered in an exclusive licensing agreement with contract manufacturer ‘Super Plastronics Pvt. Ltd.’ [SSPL] where it will handle Blaupunkt’s manufacturing, branding, designing, packaging and retail supply chain.
The Blaupunkt 32-inch HD Ready Cybersound Android TV is priced at Rs. 14,999. It is powered by Android 9 and sports a bezel-less design. It has Edge-free sound technology with 40W speaker out put and includes two speakers. It has 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM inside.
The Blaupunkt 42-inch FHD Android TV is priced at Rs. 21,999. It is powered by Android 9 and includes ultra-thin bezels, 40W speaker output, Edge-free sound tech, dual speakers, 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM.
The Blaupunkt 43-inch Cybersound 4K Android TV is priced at Rs. 30,999. It also feature ultra-thin bezels and includes Dolby Digital Plus, DTS TruSurround certified audio and quad-speaker system. It also leverages Dolby MS12 sound technology which can decode and improve Dolby Atmos. This particular model is powered by Android 10 and houses 2GB RAM with 8GB ROM.
The Premium Blaupunkt 55-inch 4K Android TV costs Rs. 40,999 in India. It has ARM Cortex A53 processor with 2GB RAM, 8GB ROM and is powered by Android 10. It has 60W speaker output with Dolby Digital Plus, DTS TruSurround certified audio, Dolby MS12 sound technology that can decode and improve Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus powered sound technologies.
All the models have 5.0 Bluetooth, 2 USB ports, 3 HDMI ports along with voice-enabled remote and ARM Cortex A53 Processor. The products will be available to customers from July 10th onward on India’s homegrown e-commerce marketplace, Flipkart.
