boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ is official with 40Hrs Battery life, Qualcomm aptX/cVc

boAt has officially introduced its latest Rockerz 255 Pro+ wireless neckband earphones in India. It is direct successor to boAt’s best-seller, Rockerz 255.

The boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ comes with IPX7 protection which makes the earphones water and dust resistant. It is perfect for harsh workouts, daily runs and can even sustain in rain.

The neckband earphone come 10m drivers and AAC/SBC/aptX codec support for optimum audio. Its drivers are built using expert-tuned graphene to ensure superior music output. The earphones have Impedance of 16Ω, Sensitivity of – 98dB±3DB and Frequency Response of 20Hz-20KHz.

The Rockerz 255 Pro Plus leverages Qualcomm aptX Audio Technology for immersive audio. It significantly reduces latency to keep audio and video in sync.

Additionally, it has Qualcomm cVC, a suite of advanced noise-cancelling algorithms that work in sync to deliver the best voice quality during calls.

The boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ neckband earphone integrates ergonomically designed button controls for easy accessibility to playing/pause and volume. It has a button for easy access to voices assistants like Google Assistant and Siri.

The 255 Pro+ sports a behind the neck design and includes magnetic earbuds that attach together when you don’t need them. The earphones uses Bluetooth V5.0 for flawless connectivity with compatible devices and boasts range of 10 meters.

One of the main USP of Rockers 255 Pro+ is its large 300mAh in-line rechargeable battery which company claims to offer up to 40 hours of playback or voice calling (at 50% – 60% volume level). It also features in ASAP fast charging technology and fully charges in just about 1 hour. It offers 10 hours of playback with just 10 minutes charge. It uses next-generation universal USB Type-C charging interface.

The boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ price is Rs. 1499 and comes in Teal Green, Navy Blue and Active Black colors. It will go on sale in India from February 12th at Amazon.in.
