The boAt Wave Style comes with cluster of sensors that works in conjunction with built-in boAt Crest App to create a health ecosystem. It allows wearer to create custom fitness plans based on your BMI and keeps tab on current activity levels to achieve your fitness goals, train and transition to a healthier lifestyle.
It has more than 10 sports modes which include walking, treadmill, skipping, running, badminton, football, basketball, tennis, yoga, dancing, indoor cycling etc. The smart activity monitor can record daily calories burnt, steps take and distance covered and syncs with Google Fit or Apple Health.
