Bose SoundWear Companion Speaker available in US for $299

Bose SoundWear Companion, company’s latest hands free Bluetooth speaker is now available in USA. It is priced at US$ 299 and is already available in the country.
The device measures 7.5 x 7 x 1.75 inches (H x W x D) and weighs about 9.4oz. It has Bluetooth range of about 30 feet or 9 meters. It is Sweat and Weather resistant and works in little rain or lot of sun. The speaker uses special materials like bend-and-stay steel wire encased in medical-grade silicone with just the right amount of low-spring torsion to stay form-fitted on shoulders.
The new SoundWear Companion speaker was designed for those who wants to listing to the music as well as your surroundings. It comfortably sits on your shoulders and delivers clear sound with its legendary waveguide technology. It has two 11-inch waveguides  in the neckband to pump out deep, rich sound.
The speakers also allows one to take calls or ask Siri questions  It has 3-button control (Volume up / down, Play / Pause, Call, Siri). The device sports upward-facing speakers, that points precisely towards your ears. It has Advanced microphone as well. It also delivers haptic alerts on incoming calls.
The Bose SoundWear Companion features up to 12 hours of battery life. The battery is said to fully charge in about 3 hours. Company is claiming that a quick 15 minute charge will give you 3 hours of usage.  It has Micro-B USB port for charging.
