Coolpad, a globally known smartphone brand, has confirmed that it will launch its latest Coolpad Max and Max Lite flagship phones on May 16, 2016 in Indonesia. Moreover, Max is also expected to officially launch in India on May 20, 2016.
Both of these smartphones are equipped with unique “Dual Space” feature that allow its users to separate their personal and professional lives. It gives ability to have two accounts on WhatsApp, Facebook, Line, BBM and other social networking applications on a single device.
For security, Coolpad has installed encryption technology that ensures protections against data leakage. Coolpad hopes to eliminate the use of two smartphones and will benefit people who want to keep their personal and professional lives separate.
The flagship CoolPad Max sports 99% pure metal unibody design and makes use of 54 precise processes and 10 CNC miling for increased durability. It has 5.5-Inch 1080p Liquid Crystal display with pinned edge 2.5D curved glass,comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and Anti-scratch & Anti-fingerprint coatings.
It will have a Snapdragon chiset with 3GB/4GB RAM and comes in 32GB / 64GB / 128GB storage variants. MicroSD card will be supported as well. The camera lens will be placed at middle of the smartphone to prevent finger coverage when taking pictures. It comes with a symmetrical earpiece speaker plus BOX integrated Sound Camber that delivers crystal clear sounds.
Moreover, Coolpad Max has ultra-thing 1.4mm dual-antenna lines on the phone chassis that offers 60% stronger signals and 30% better signal reception. CoolPad is also developing its Tridimensional Coupling Antenna technology as well.
The Coolpad Max specs also include 5MP front camera and 13MP main snapper on the back with LED flash and supports PDAF as well. It has 2800 mAh battery that gives 17 hours of usage and comes with 9V/2A power adapter (charges 0% to 65% in 30 minutes). Connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm Audio jack will be present as well.
The Coolpad Max comes in Gray, Gold and Pink colour options. Pricing of Max and Max Lite will be available at the time of launch.
