Dell UP3218K 31.5-inch Ultra HD 8K monitor announced for $4999

Dell has introduced its premium UltraSharp 32 Ultra HD 8K Monitor (UP3218K) at on going CES 2017 event.
The Monitorsports 9.7mm thin bezels on all four sidesto ensure minimum distratcion.  Aesthetically, the monitor has refined finishing and Aluminium parts. It allows superior viewing comfort and allows, pivot, tilt, swivel and height adjustment.
The Dell UltraSharp 32 Ultra HD 8K monitor (UP3218K) features a 31.5-Inch Ultra HD 8K Panel that delivers 7680  4320 pixels resolution at 60Hz. The screen delivers 400 cd/m2 brightness and 1300:1 contrast ratio.
It has 100% Adobe RGB, 100% sRGB, 100% Rec709, 98% DCI-P3 and >80% Rec2020 color gamut.
It offers finest details with over 33.2 million pixels of resolution and 280ppi pixel density. Comparatively speaking, The screen offers four times more content that 4K resolution and 16 times more than 1080p.
The UP3218K sports 1.07 billion colors, providing greater color gradation. It comes with Precise factory color calibration for consistent content creation.
It comes with optional hardware (X-rite Colorimeter) that allows users to fine tune colors. It offers wide color coverage based on major industry standards.
Connectivity wise, it has two DP 1.3, four USB 3.0 with one BC1.2 Charging capability and Audio Line-out port as well.
The Dell UltraSharp 32 Ultra HD 8K Monitor (UP3218K) starts at $4,999 (Rs. 33,9830). It will go on sale at Dell.com from March 23, 2017.
