Epson, a leading projector manufacturer in the world has announced its next generation Pro Cinema LS10500 3LCD Reflective Laser Home Theater projector .
It leverages 4K Enhancement Technology, accepts 4K inpu and supports HDCP2.2 for 4K UHD content. It supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) and is compatible with 3LCD Reflective Laser Technology.
The LS10500 Home Theater projector delivers 1500 lumens of color brightness, 1500 lumens of white brightness, features an Absolute Black contrast ratio and an advanced suite of ISF calibration tools. It has locable memory modes to ensure accurate performance.
It displays full sRGB color gamut (even at brightest mode) as well as entire DCI color gamut. It has Premium Reflective 3LCD panels with high speed and aperture ratio that delivers incredible contrast. It has color-rich performance that displays the entire DCI color space (digital cinema standard).
The LS10500 has lifespan of up to 30,000 hours. It makes use of Epson’s advanced projection technology that enables wide range of lens shifting capabilities. It has range of up to 90 percent on the vertical axis and ± 40 on the horizontal axis.
Moreover, it has 10 presets for zoom, focus and lens shift for both standard projection and wide cinema ratios. The Pro Cinema LS10500 projects 2.40 / 2.35 / 1.85 /1.78 aspect rations on the same screen with an anamorphic lens and no downtime switch between aspect ratios.
It has a unique and effective cooling system made out of high quality materials which includes thermal conductive piping. Moreover, it is also claimed to be quietest projectors in the market.
The Epson Pro Cinema LS10500 is priced at MSRP $7999. It will be available this fall through CEDIA and specialty dealers. It comeswith three years limited warrant and access to Epson’s tall-free PrivateLine priority technical support and free two-day business exchange with Extra Care home service.
