Garmin has launched its latest multi-sport rugged smartwatch in India called fēnix 5X Plus. The smartwatch was first introduced back in June.
It has 1.2-inch sunlight visible memory-in-pixel (MIP) Garmin Chroma Display with LED Backlighting and offers 240 x 240 pixels resolution. It has PVD coated stainless steel bezels, scratch resistant sapphire lens and silicone watch band.
The Garmin fēnix 5X Plus comes with 10 ATM water resistant rating. It has built-in navigation sensors which includes multi-satellite (GPS / GLONASS / Galileo), 3-axis compass, gyroscope and barometric altimeter.
This rugged smartwatch also features in pulse Oximeter (wrist based) for altitude acclimation awareness. Making payments also becomes easier with fēnix 5X Plus as it comes with Garmin Pay contactless payment solution.
The smartwatch features in wrist heart rate Technology and color TOPO maps which shows you best paths according to the trends. Moreover, fēnix 5X Plus can store up to 500 songs on its internal storage space. It can also connect with Bluetooth headphones for listening songs.
The battery inside is capable of lasting up to 7 days in smartwatch mode, up to 11 hours n GPS, about 4.5hours in GPS mode + music and up to 25 hours in UltraTrac battery saver mode (depending on settings)
The Garmin fēnix 5X Plus is priced in India at Rs. 79,990 and will be available at Garmin, PaytmMall, Amazon, Flipkart etc. You can also get the smartwatch at offline stores like Chroma, Reliance Digital, Helio – The Watch Store, Just in Time etc.
