Garmin has officially unveiled its latest smartwatch called Vivoactive 3 Music. As the name suggests, it comes with integrated music support and has all the features of Vivoactive 3.
The smartwatch measures 43.1 x 43.1 x 13.6 mm and weighs about 39 grams. It has 5 ATM rating for water resistance and is compatible with most Android Smartphones and iPhones.
The Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music specs include 1.2-inch Garmin Chroma display (sunlight-visible) and comes with transflective memory-in-pixel (MIP). It has 240 x 240 pixels resolution.
The smartwatch also supports Garmin Pay payment solution. It allows one to download offline music playlists from select music streaming services like Deezer (will be available soon), iHeartRadio etc. Users can also transfer audio from computer directly. Company says that Vivoactive Music can store up to 500 songs.
It has sleep monitor as well which tracks total sleep, sleep quality, periods of movement etc. It also gives sedentary reminders which pops up on the display of the device. Moreover, its has several pre-loaded GPS and indoor sports apps for Strength Training, Cardio Training, Elliptical Training, Stair Stepping, Floor Climbing, Indoor Rowing and Yoga, Cardio workouts, Strength workouts , Automatic rep counting etc.
There are several sensors which include GPS/GLONASS, Accelerometer, Garmin Elevate Wrist Heart rate monitor, Baromteric Altimeter, Thermometer and compass.
The Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music price is set at US$ 299.99 (Rs. 20,270 approx.). It comes with 20mm black silicone band and is also available in different sizes (sold separately for US$ 29.99).
