UPDATE: Gionee had launched F205 smartphone back in November. It came with 1.5GHz quad-core SoC. The F205L on the other hand is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core chipset. Other specifications are the same.
Gionee is working on a new budget smartphone and this is confirmed by new TENAA listing. A handset bearing the name Gionee F205L has been certified with budget specs.
The source has revealed most of the specifications of F205L. Starting with the dimensions, it measures 148.4 x 70.7 x 7.95 mm and weighs 135.6 grams.
It has a 5.45-inch multi-touch screen with 1440 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by 1.3GHz quad core processor and comes with 2GB RAM.
The mobile houses 16GB Internal storage space and allows further expansion up to 128GB as well. It is powered by 2670 mAh battery.
The Gionee F205L features in 5MP front camera for selfies and video calling. A the back side is an 8MP camera with LED Flash, CMOS Sensor, Auto Focus and 720p video recording support.
Connectivity wise, it supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS and 3.5mm Audio Jack. The device rusn on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box. It has Gravity, Distance and Light sensor as well.
The Gionee F205L will come in Liushajin, Ice Sea Blue and Glass Red colors.
