Gionee M2017 with, 12MP+13MP dual rear camera, 7000mAh battery goes official

Gionee has announced its new stylish smartphone under ‘M Series’ called M2017. It has a stylish design that will surely impress you.
The smartphone has dimensions of 155.2 x 77.6 x 10.78 mm and weighs about 238 grams. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with Amigo OS 3.5. The handset also houses fingerprint sensor on the front.
It has Dual SIM slots and supports 4G LTE as well. The mobile packs in 5.7-inch AMOLED curved glass display (low power consumption) with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. The screen support multi-touch and comes with Sapphire glass protection as well.
The Gionee M2017 specs include an octa-core (1.95GHz A72 x 4 + 1.44GHz A53 x 4) processor with Adreno 510 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and come in 128GB / 256GB internal storage options.
It has 7000 mAh Polymer Lithium-Ion battery with its own intelligent power management system. It also supports 24W Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and is equipped with dual fast charging chip as well. The battery is said to offer 25 hours of continuous video playback and 915.42 hours of standby.
The Gionee M2017 Features 12MP + 13MP dual rear cameras with LED flash, which offers up to 2x optical zoom. On the front side is an 8MP snapper for quality selfies.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.0, USB 2.0 Type C, USB OTG, GPS 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
The Gionee M2017 price starts from 6999 Yuan (US$ 1007 / €963 / Rs. 68250)  for standard variant. It comes in Black and Gold color options. The Premium variant with Alligator leather back is carries a jaw dropping price tag of 16999 Yuan (US$ 2446 / €2440 / Rs. 165750). The handset is up for pre-order in Chinese markets.
