Gionee M7 with bezel-less display to be announced on September 25

Earlier this month, Gionee had teased M7, its upcoming smartphone with bezel-less display. Now company has confirmed that it will be announced on September 25th, 2017 (10 days from now).
One more thing Gionee confirmed is that M7 will sport Samsung’s AMOLED full-screen display. The phone will allow secured payments as it is expected with ultra-high level data encryption chip.
The handset has also been spotted at GFXBench revealing most of its specifications. The benchmark almost confirms a 6-inch display with 2160 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution.
It will be powered by an octa-core mediaTek Helio P30 SoC and comes with 6GB RAM. The handset is expected with 8MP selfie camera and 16MP rear snapper at the back. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box.
Gionee’s vice president, Yu Lei has already revealed that M7 comes with full screen. It further added that the smartphone will be different from others. Recent leaks of front panel does validate the statement.
The Gionee M7 will be announced in China at 3PM China Time (12:30PM IST) in Beijing. We will have to wait till September 25th for official specifications.
