Gionee X1 budget phone with 3000mAh battery launched in India

Gionee has launched its latest budget phone in India called Gionee X1. It has dual SIM slots and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with Amigo 4.0 UI on top.
The smartphone measures 144.3 x 72.2 x 8.8 mm and comes with fingerprint sensor at the back (can also be used to capture images). It has 5-Inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels HD resolution.
Under the hood is a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor with ARM Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. It is backed by 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
The Gionee X1 specs also include 8MP front camera and 8MP auto focus shooter at the back with dual-tone LED Flash, 1.4-inch Sensor and 1.12micron pixel size. It is powered by 3000 mAh battery.
It supports 4G VoLTE in India along with usual options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
Gionee X1 Gold color image -1The Gionee X1 is priced at Rs. 8999 (US$ 140 approx.) and gomes in Black and Gold colors. It is already available from offline stores in the country.
There are several launch offers as well. For instance, Airtel subscribers (old / new) will get up to 10GB additional data per month for up to 6 successive recharges. Buyers will also get two PayTM voucher codes, which will give Rs. 250 cashback on a minimum purchase of Rs. 350 at PayTM Mall.
