HMD Global unveils Nokia X100 in USA

HMD Global outs a new 5G smartphone in United States called Nokia X100. It comes in Midnight Blue color. Cell phone is priced at $249. It will land at T-Mobile and Metro from November 19th.

The cell phone comes with measurements of 171.44 x 79.7 x 9.1 mm and has weight of 217 grams. It has a dedicated google assistant button. Its power button houses a fingerprint sensor inside.

The Nokia X100 specs sheet include 6.67-inch IPS LCD display boasting 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 cover glass for added scratch resistance.

Pumping inside is an octa-core Snapdragon 480 5G mobile platform and Adreno 619 GPU. The SoC is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The X100 support microSD card up to 1TB. Nokia is offering 15GB free cloud storage at Google Drive.

The mobile feature quad-shooters at back with ZEISS Optics, ZEISS Portrait, Night mode, HDR, Beautification and Watermark. It has 48MP (main, AF), 5MP (ultra-wide, FF), 2MP (depth, FF, F/2.4) and 2MP (macro, F/2.4) cameras at back with LED Flash. A 16MP fixed focus camera sits at front.

The Nokia X100 house a 4470mAh (non removable) battery inside with 18W fast charging (Quick Charge 3.0). It offers up to 2 days of battery life. The device supports 5G (nano SIM slot), 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS and 3.5mm audio jack.

The X100 sports a single speaker and dual mics. It delivers OZO Spatial Audio capture with wind noise reduction, aptX Adaptive and aptX Voice. The mobile runs on Android 11 OS out of the box.
