Huawei’s Honor brand has officially announced its latest Honor 10 (COL-AL10) smartphone in China. It has curved glass body and comes in purple color shade, which is achieved by applying several layers of NCVM optical coatings under the glass.
The phone measures 149.6 x 71.2 x 7.7 mm and weighs 153 grams. It has front facing fingerprint sensor and comes with Dual Nano SIM slots. It has AK4376A Hi-Fi Audio chip for enhanced sound. The device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with EMUI 8.1 on top.
The Honor 10 specs include 5.84-inch IPS LCD dislay with 2280 x 1080 pixels resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio and 96% NTSC Color gamut. It is powered by Huawei’s Kirin 970 octa-core (2.4GHz A73 x 4 + 1.8GHz A53 x 4) chipset coupled with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU.
The Honor 10 price starts at 2599 Yuan (US$ 415 approx.) for 6GB/64GB storage model and goes up to 2999 Yuan (US$ 480 approx.) for 6GB/128GB storage variant. The handset comes in Phantom Blue, Phantom Purple, Magic Night Fall (black) and Seagull Gray colors. You can order Honor 10 in China from today itself and will start selling from April 27th.
