Honor 6X with dual rear cameras launched in India for INR 12999

Huawei’s Honor brand had introduced Honor 6X smartphone in China back in October 2016. Later on, company had announced the mobile for Global Markets at CES 2017.
Now, the Honor 6X smartphone has been officially launched in India. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with EMUI 4.1. It is upgradable to Android 7.0 Nougat based EMUI 5.0 in Q2, 2017.
The phone is 8.2mm thick and weighs 162 grams. It has 3340 mAh typical battery and supports fast charging as well. It has fingerprint sensor on the back for added security. It can unlock smartphone in just 0.3 seconds.
Another thing unique on the back is its dual cameras. It has 12MP main camera with 6P lens, 1.25µm pixel size, F/0.95-F/1.6 aperture, PDAF and LED Flash. There is a secondary 2MP camera on the back as well that is used to achieve depth of field and background blur. On the front side is an 8MP snapper for selfies.
honor-6x-blue-color-image-1The Honro 6X Specs include 5.5-inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display with 1080p resolution. It has a 16nm octa-core Kirin 655 (2.1GHz x 4 + 1.7GHz x 4) processor with Mali-T830 MP2 GPU.
The handset comes with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM with 32GB eMMC 5.1 storage and 4GB RAM / 64GB storage ROM. It allows further expansion as well.
It has Hybrid Dual SIM slots (nano + nano / microSD) and supports 4G VoLTE. Most of the connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth V4.1,GPS etc are supported as well.
The Honro 6X price starts at INR 12,999 ($190) for 3GB RAM / 32GB storage and INR 15,999 ($235) for 4GB RAM / 64GB storage variant. The smartphone comes in Gold, Silver and Gray colour options and is available online exclusively at Amazon.in.
