Honor 7X with Kirin 659 SoC unveiled in China

Just few days back, Honor 7X got certified by TENAA. Now, Huawei’s Honor brand has officially introduced Honor 7X (BND-AL10) smartphone in China.
The cell phone packs in a fingerprint sensor at the back. It has metal body with dimensions of 156.5 x 75.3 x 7.6 mm and weighs 165 grams. It has Hybrid Dual SIM slots, both Nano slots of which, one doubles up for MicroSD.
The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 on top. The device sports minimum bezels, giving it a premium feel factor.
The Honor 7X specs include a 5.93-inch LTPS display with 2.5D curved glass. It has 2160 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution at 18:9 aspect ratio. The screen offers 407ppi pixel density and supports multi-touch as well.
Honor 7X gold color image -2Under the hood is an octa-core (2.36GHz A53 x 4 + 1.7GHz A53 x 4) Kirin 659 processor with Mali-T830 MP2 GPU. It has 4GB RAM, 32GB / 64GB / 128GB internal storage space options and allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
The Honor 7X features in dual rear camera with LED Flash. It consists of 16MP and 2MP. The combination supports PDAF, 4x Digital Zoom, HDR, and 1080p video recording. On the front side is an 8MP 1080p camera for selfies.
The hardware is powered by 3340 mAh Lithium-Polymer (typical) non removable battery. Usual connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1 BLE, GPS/GLONASS and 3.5mm Audio Jack are supported as well.
The Honor 7X price starts at 1299 Yuan (Rs. 12,890 / US$ 198 approx.) for 32GB version, 1699 Yuan (Rs. 16,850 / US$ 258 approx.) for 64GB variant and 1999 Yuan (Rs. 19,830 / US$ 305 approx.) for 128GB storage model. The handset comes in Black, Aurora Blue and Gold colors. It will be up for order in China starting today and will start rolling from October 17th.
