Huawei’s Honor 8 Lite smartphone has officially made its way in India. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.0.
The phone has dimensions of 147.2 x 72.94 x 7.6 mm and weighs 147 grams. It has brush metal finishing on the sides and sports fingerprint sensor on 2.5D glass back.
The Honor 8 Lite Specs include 5.2-Inch 2.5D curved glass display with 1080p resolution. It is powered by an octa-core (2.1GHz x 4 + 1.7GHz x 4) Kirin 655 processor with i5 coprocessor and Mali-T830 MP2 GPU.
The Indian variant has 4GB LPDDR3 RAM, 64GB Internal memory and allows further expansion up to 128GB as well. It has Hybrid Dual SIM slots (nano + nano / microSD) and is powered by 3000 mAh battery.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotstpot, Bluetooth V4.1 and GPS.
The Honor 8 Lite is priced at Rs. 17,999 (US$ 279 approx.) and will be available in India from May 12, 2017 from all Honor Partner stores in India. Initially, Premium Black color option will be available, followed by Blue color variant by the end of the month. Company is also offering door pickup-drop after sale facilities and 15 months service warranty.
