Honor 8 Pro with 5.7-inch display, Kirin 960, 6GB RAM goes official in Russia

Huawei has officially introduced Honor 8 Pro in Russia. It is the same smartphone that launched in China as Honor V9.
Specifications of Honor 8 Pro has more or less the same as well. It has 5.7-Inch LTPS multi-touch display with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and 515ppi pixel density.
It is powered by an octa-core (1.8GHz A53 x 4 + 2.4GHz A73 x 4) Kirin 960 processor with Mali G71 MP8 GPU. It has 6GB RAM, 64GB storage memory and allows further expansion up to 128GB as well.
There is a 12MP + 12MP dual camera setup on the back with LED Flash, F/2.2 Aperture, Laser Focus + Deep Focus, and 4K video recording support. On the front side sits an 8MP selfie camera with F/2.0 Aperture and 1080p video recording at 60 Fps
Honor 8 Pro image 01The Honor 8 Pro 4000 mAh battery (3900 mAh minimum) inside. The handset measures 157 x 77.5 x 6.97 mm and weighs 184 grams. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with EMUI 5.1 on top. There is a fingerprint sensor on the back.
The cell phone features dual SIM support with Cat.6 LTE speeds. Other options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetotoh V4.2 BLE, GPS/GLONASS, USB 2.0 Type-C, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
The Honor 8 Pro Price in Russia hasn’t been disclosed. The mobile is also expected to land in Europe on April 5th.
