Honor 9 visits TENAA with dual rear cameras

Two new Honor smartphones bearing model numbers STF-AL00 and STF-AL10 has been certified by TENAA. These are allegedly said to be models of upcoming Honor 9 smartphones. Only notable difference between two is RAM, with former having 4GB and latter with 6GB.
Their TENAA listing has revealed most of specifications. For starters, Honor 9 measures 147.3 x 70.9 x 7.45 mm and weighs 155 grams. It has 5.15-inch display which is almost bezel less on the sides. It has 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and seems to have 2.5D curved glass  as well. Just like its predecessor, glass back is expected.
According to certification authority, it has 2.4GHz octa-core processor which could very well be Kirin 960 SoC. It has 4GB / 6GB RAM options (mentions earlier) coupled with 64GB internal memory. It will allow further expansion up to 128GB as well.
The STF-AL00 and STF-AL10 both feature in 12MP + 2MP dual camera setup on the back, which is strange as its predecessor, Honor 8 has 12MP + 12MP camera units. On the front side is an 8MP selfie snapper.
The hardware inside is fuelled by 3100 mAh battery. The smartphone will run on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box. It will support 4G LTE, 3G along with Wi-Fi, Hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS etc.
The Honor 9 smartphone is expected to go official by end of June. There is no official confirmation though.
