Huawei’s Honor brand as expected, has officially unveiled Honor Note 10 (RVL-AL09)smartphone in China. It comes with rear facing fingerprint sensor and is powered by Android 8.1 Oreo OS with EMUI 8.2 on top.
Interestingly, Honor Note 10 is a phone with liquid cooling. It leverages ‘THE NINE’ liquid cooling technology which offers 8-layer heat dissipation. The phone boasts 41% increased heat dissipation thanks to an outer heat dissipation layer. It uses PC-grade liquid cooling pipe and promises to keep CPU temperature cooler by up to 10-degree Celsius.
It also comes with unique Double Turbo mode which can be launched using a dedicated hardware button for ultimate performance. By the way, there is an octa-core (2.4GHz A73 x 4 + 1.8GHz A53 x 4) Huawei Kirin 970 10nm SoC with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. It also includes i7 co-processor, Neural Processing Unit (NPU) and GPU Turbo.
The Honor Note 10 has dimensions of 177 x 85 x 7.65 mm and has weight of 230 grams. It has 6.95-inch AMOLED display with 2220 x 1080 pixels resolution, 18.5:9 aspect ratio, 355ppi pixel density and delivers 115% NTSC color gamut. It has AI image quality enhancement that promises 20% increase in image quality. Multi-touch is also supported.
You can get Note 10 in options of 6GB RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage options. The smartphone also allows further storage expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD, but for that you need to sacrifice a SIM Slot.
The smartphone’s Hybrid dual Nano SIM slots supports Dual 4G VoLTE. It has a 5000 mAh (typical) / 4900 mAh (minimum) battery which supports 5V/4.5A Super Charge fast charging. The battery is said to fully charge in 1.7 hours and offers about 30 hours 3G talk time and 18 days of standy. The device also packs in dual speakers and supports Dolby Atmos for optimum sound.
The Honor Note 10 specs include 13MP front facing camera with F/2.0 Aperture and AI scene recognition for selfies. At the back side is 16MP primary rear camera with F/1.8 Aperture, PDAF and CAF support. The secondary rear camera is of 24MP and sports F/1.8 Aperture and LED Flash. You can double the camera shutter speed with the Turbo button.
In terms of connectivity, the mobile features in Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2 LE, GPS, USB Type-C, NFC and USB Type-C Audio.

The Honor Note 10 comes in Phantom Blue and Midnight Black colors. It will go on sale in China from August 1st at VMall.
