Honor Play 6 with 4G VoLTE, 5-inch HD display announced

Huawei’s Honor brand, along with V9 Play, has also unveiled its latest budget phone called Honor Play 6 (MYA-AL10). It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with EMUI 4.1 on top.
It is equipped with a separate easy key (left side) which can be configured to launch applications, double press, press-and-hold gestures etc. The Honor 6 Play has dimensions of 143.8 x 72 x 8.85 mm and weighs 150 grams. It has Dual SIM slots and supports 4G VoLTE.
The smartphone packs in 5-inch multi-touch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 294ppi pixel density. It has 1.4GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor with Mali-T720 (600MHz) GPU.
Honor Play 6 image -1It has 2GB RAM, 16GB Internal storage space (about 9GB user available) and allows further expansion using MicroSD Card. The handset is backed by 3020 mAh (typical) / 2920 mAh (minimum) battery. It offers 15 hours 3G talk time, up to 13 hours video playback, 68 hours of audio and about 15 days of standby.
The Honor Play 6 specs include 5MP front camera with LED Flash, F/2.0 Aperture and 84-degree wide angle lens. On the back side is an 8MP primary camera with dual LED Flash, F/2.0 Aperture, Auto Focus and 1080p video recording support.
Connectivity wise, the handset supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The Honor Play 6 (some call it Honor 6 Play) is priced at 599 Yuan (US$ 90 / Rs. 5,880 approx.) and comes in Gold and White colors. It will go on sale in China from September 7th.
