Huawei has announced its latest fitness smartwatch called Honor Watch S1. It was announced at an event in China along with Honor 6X smartphone and Honor Pad 2 tablet.
The Watch S1 features a circular dial and comes inter interchangeable straps. The S1 weighs about 35 grams while its straps are of 18mm.
The fitness smartwatch is also water resistant up to 50 meters and comes with Ip68 rating. The battery inside inside is of 80 mAh promises up to 6 days of usage. It has heart rate sensor to measure heartbeats.
It can track fitness activities like running, walking, cycling, swimming etc. It also gives notifications for calls, messages and reminders when connected with a smartwatch.
The Honor Watch S1 is equipped with 1.04-Inch LCD display with 208 x 208 pixels resolution. It supports Wi-Fi (2.4GHz), Bluetooth and can be charged using MicroUSB V2.0. It is compatible with smartphones running on Android 4.4 or iOS 8 and higher.
The Honor watch S1 is priced at 699 Yuan (US$ 103 approx.) and comes in Black, Blue and Orange straps. It will be up for order from October 19th and will be on sale from October 25th.
