Honor has officially unveiled its new X Series smartphone in China called Honor X40i 5G. It comes in Rose Galaxy (Pink), Star Dream Silver (Silver), Mo Yuqing (Green) and Magic Night Black colors.
Honor X40i specs
The mobile comes with dimensions of 162.9 x 74.5 x 7.43 mm and has weigh of 175 grams (including battery). It has 6.7-inch LTPS LCD display that gives 2388 x 1080 pixels resolution, 19.9:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support.
The Honor X40i feature in octa-core (2.2GHz A76 x 2 + 2GHz A55 x 6) MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor with Mali-G57 GPU. It has 8GB RAM with 128GB/256GB storage options while its top-end variant houses 12GB RAM with 256GB internal memory.
The smartphone runs on Android 12 based magic UI 6.1. It has dual Nano SIM slots and supports both 5G and dual 4G VoLTE. It comes with a 4000mAh (typical) / 3900mAh (minimum) battery capacity and allows 40W fast charging.
Other specifications of Honor X40i include 8MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture and 1080p video recording. It has support for 2D face recognition as well. At the back side is a combination of 50MP (main F/1.8, 10x digital zoom, 1080p) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) dual cameras along with monochromatic temperature flash.
In terms of connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Wi-Fi direct, Bluetooth V5.1, USB type-C 2.0, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS/Bediou and 3.5mm audio jack.
It comes with side mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics. It includes Gravity, Ambient Light, Proximity and e-Compass as well.
