HTC Desire 12 with 5.5-inch HD+ display, MediaTek SoC, announced

HTC has announced its latest Desire Series smartphone called HTC DESIRE 12. It has liquid surface design with glossy back.
The smartphone packs in 5.5-inch 2.5D curved glass screen with 1440 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support. It is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6739 processor with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU.
The HTC Desire 12 features in 2GB RAM with 16GB storage and 3GB RAM with 32GB internal memory. They allow further expansion up to 2TB using MicroSD card. The handset runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with HTC Sense UI.
It has Dual SIM Slots, supports 4G VoLTE and is powered by 2730 mAh battery. Sadly, there is fingerprint sensor in this one. The device measures 148.5 x 70.8 x 8.2 mm and weighs 137 grams
The Desire 12 specs include 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, BSI Sensor, F/2.2 Aperture, PDAF and 1080p video recording support. At the front is a 5MP shooter for Selfies and sports F/2.4 Aperture.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/GLONASS etc.
The HTC Desire price starts at €200 (US$ 245 / Rs. 16,050 approx.) and comes in Silver, Black, Gold and Purple colors. It will go on sale in Europe in April 2018.
