HTC has silently announced its latest Android smartphone called the Desire 628 Dual SIM. It is a mid-range phone for Vietnamese market, boasting a 5.7-Inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 294ppi pixel density.
The mobile is powered by 1.3GHz Octa Core MediaTek MT6753 processor (64-bit) with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage ROM and MicroSD card slot supporting up to 2TB expansion.
The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with Sense UI and sports dimensions of 146.9 x 70.9 x 7.19 mm and 142 grams weight. It has Dual nano SIM slots and support 3G HSPA+ / 4G LTE networks in the country.
The Desire 628 Dual SIM specs include 13MP primary camera on the back with LED Flash, BSI Sensor, F/2.0 Aperture, Auto Focus and 1080p video recording support. On the front side is 5MP selfie camera equipped with BSI sensor, F/2.4 Aperture and 75-degree wide angle lens.
This HTC Phone features Dual front stereo speakers and HTC BoomSound for optimum sound output. It has 2200 mAh battery with battery saving mode and supports 5V/1.5A quick charger as well.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc. Moreover, the phone is equipped with combination smart sensors (Sensor HUB) including Proximity sensor and light sensor.
Details on pricing and availability of HTC Desire 628 Dual SIM smartphone were not revealed. The phone has already been listed at HTC Vietnam website.
