HTC Desire 650 with 4G LTE, 5-inch HD display, Snapdragon 210 launched in Taiwan

HTC has launched a new Desire Series smartphone in Taiwan called Desire 650 along with HTC 10 Evo. It was codenamed Desire A17 and feature entry level specs.
The Smartphone measures 146.9 x 70.9 x 8.4 mm and weighs 140 grams. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with HTC Sense UI. It includes Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor and Acceleromter.
The HTC Desire 650 Specs include 5-Inch LCD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 294pp pixel density. Under the hood is 1.1GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor with Adreno 304 GPU.
htc-desire-650-image-01The mobile houses 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, of which about 10.3GB is user available. It also allows further expansion up to 2TB using MicroSD card.
Talking about camera, there is 5MP front facing camera with BSI sensor, F/2.8 aperture, 33.7mm focal length, HDR and records 1080p videos. On the back side is 13MP main camera with F/2.2 Aperture, BSI sensor, 28mm focal length, Auto Focus, HDR, Panorama and Continuous shooting.
The HTC Desire 650 features in 2200 mAh battery with extreme power saving mode. t offers up to 6.67 hours of HD video playback, 44.14 hours of audio, 5.46 hours of Wi-Fi,  up to 17.5 hours 3G talk time and about 28.5 days of standby.
The cell phone is equipped with single Nano SIM slot and supports 4G LTE (Bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/20/28/38). It also supports HTC BoomSound and Hi-Res HD music.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB v2.0, GPS/A-GPS+GLONASS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
The HTC Desire 650 is priced at NT$ 5,490 (about $172) and will go on sale in Taiwan in coming weeks.
