HTC Desire 825 with 4G-LTE, 5.5-Inch 720p Display announced in Taiwan

HTC has announced the Desire 825 smartphone in Taiwan along with its latest mobile named the Desire 830. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with HTC Sense 7 UI.
The mobile phone sports a 5.5-Inch Super LCD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.6GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Processor with Adreno 305 GPU.
It has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory and houses MicroSD card slot that allows further storage expansion up to 2TB. The Desire 830 features a 13MP primary camera on the back with BSI Sensor, LED Flash, F/2.2 Aperture and 1080p video recording capabilities. On the front is 5MP selfie snapper as well.
The phone has dimensions of 156.9 x 76.9 x 7.4 mm and weighs 155 grams. It has 2700 mAH battery to fuel the hardware. It comes in Single / Dual SIM variants and supports 4G-LTE as well.

This mobile houses dual speakers, on situated on the front and other at bottom. It also has BoomSound and Dolby audio and comes bundled with Hi-Res audio headset. It also houses a unique sensor hub that records daily activities, gestures, fitness dynamics etc.
Moreover, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS/GLONASS, 3.5mm Audio jack etc. are supported as well.
The HTC Desire 825 is priced at NT$ 7,990 (US$ 247) and comes in White and Grey colour options (with micro splash back panel). It will go on sale from May 3, 2016 via HTC Stores, Online channels and Chunghwa Telecom outlets.
