HTC Wildfire X goes official with Helio P22 SoC

HTC has officially launched Wildfire X smartphone in India. It is a budget mobile phone with rear mounted finger print sensor and Android 9.0 Pie OS.

The phone has dimensions of 156.7 × 74.94 × 7.95mm and has weight of 172 grams. It has 3D OPVD mirror finishing that reflects light to give hyper optical patterns glitter effect.

The device houses Hybrid Dual Nano SIM slots and supports dual 4G VoLTE. It has 6.22-inch multi-touch display with 1520 x 720 pixels reaolution at 19:9 aspect ratio and offers 88.8% screen-to-body ratio.

HTC Wildfire X specs include 2GHz Octa Core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) 12nm processor with 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes in option of 3GB RAM with 33GB ROM and 4GB TAM with 128GB ROM. The device also supports microSD card up to 256GB.

In terms of optics, there is a 12MP primary rear camera with 1.25um pixel size, LED flash. There is a secondary 8MP rear shooter which offers 2x Lossless Optical Zoom and 8x Hybrid Zoom. You also get a third 5MP depth sensor. For selfies, it has 8MP front-facing camera with 86-degree FoV.

The HTC Wildfire X features 3300mAh (typical) built-in battery with 10W charging support. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.

The HTC Wildfire X 3GB/32GB price is Rs. 9999 while the Wildfire X 4GB/128GB cost Rs. 12999. It comes in Sapphire Blue color and will be available online at Flipkart from August 22nd. There are several launch offers attached as well.
