Huawei Maimang 9 5G with Dimensity 800 SoC unveiled in China

HUAWEI has officially unveiled its latest Maimang Series smartphone in China called Maimang 9 5G. It is a 5G handset with Hybrid dual Nano SIM slots and comes with side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The phone measures 170 x 78.5 x 8.9 mm and weighs 212 grams. It has 6.8-inch IPS LCD display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, multi-touch support and 90.33% screen-to-body ratio.

The Huawei Maimang 9 Specs include octa-core (2GHz A76 x 4 + 2GHz A55 x 4) Mediatek Dimensity 800 SoC with 6GB / 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB storage space. It allows further expansion up to 256GB as well.

The smartphone houses 4300mAh battery capacity and supports 22.5W fast charging. It comes with 16MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side is 64MP (main, F/1.89) + 8MP (120-degree wide-angle, F/2.2) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) triple cameras with LED Flash.

Connectivity options include 5G (SA/NSA) / Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5Ghz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm Audio Jack.

The Huawei Maimang 9 5G 6GB/128GB price is 2199 Yuan (US$ 315 / Rs. 23,490 approx.) while its 8GB/128GB variant costs 2399 Yuan (US$ 342 / Rs. 25,630 approx.). The smartphone is already up for order in China and will start selling from August 7th. It comes in Black, Forest Green and Pink shades.
