Huawei has announced a premium tablet at IFA 2016 Berlin called the MediaPad M3. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with Emotion US 4.1. It comes in Wi-Fi only and LTE models.
The Tablet has dimensions of 215.5 x 124.2 x 7.3 mm and sports uni-body metal design. It is equipped with Harman Kardon certified stereo speakers and gives SWC 3.0 stereo sound effect.
The Huawei MediaPad M3 specifications include 8.4-Inch IPS display with 2560 x 1600 WQXGA resolution. The screen gives 400nits brightness and supports multitouch as well.
This Android Tablet gets processing power from Octa-Core (2.3GHz A72 x 4 + 1.8GHz A53 x 4) Kirin 950 processor with Mali-T880 MP GPU for graphics. It has 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and comes in 32GB / 64GB storage options. MicroSD card slot for further expansion up to 128GB is also present.
The MediaPad M3 features in an 8MP selfie camera on the front and 8MP fixed focus snapper on the back. It is powered by 5100 mAH battery. It has optional 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.1 and GPS.
The Huawei MediaPad M3 price starts €349 (US$ 388) for 32GB Wi-Fi model. The 32GB and 64GB LTE variants are priced at €399 (US$ 444) and €449 (US$ 500) respectively. It comes in Silver and Gold color options and will be released on September 26th in Europe (including UK), select markets in Asia and Middle East.
