Huawei Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus goes official

Huawei has just announced two new smartphones in its Nova Series  called Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus. They have uni-body metal design, comes with Hybrid Dual SIM slots (nano + nano / microSD) and supports 4G LTE.
They come pre-installed with Android 7.0 Nougat OS with EMUI 5.1. It has fingerprint sensor on the back side for added security. Moreover, it has 3D surround sound and AK4376A Hi-Fi Audio chip for optimum audio experience.
The Huawei Nova 2 specs include 5-Inch LTPS display with 2.5D curved glass and 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It has 2950 mAh battery that fits inside phones measurement of 142.2 x 68.9 x 6.9 mm and 143 grams weight.
Huawei Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus image -2The Huawei Nova 2 Plus specs include a larger 5.5-Inch LTPS 2.5D curved glass display with 1080p resolution and 400ppi pixel density. It has 3340 mAh typical battery that fuels hardware. The mobile measures 153.9 x 74.9 x 6.9 mm and weighs 169 grams.
Both of these smartphones have an octa-core (2.36GHz A53 x 4 + 1.7GHz A53 x 4) Kirin 659 processor with Mali-T830 MP2 GPU. They have 4GB RAM, 64GB / 128GB (in Nova 2 Plus) internal memory and allows further expansion up to 64GB as well.
The Huawei Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus both feature in 12MP (F/1.9 Aperture, 1.25µm pixel size, PDAF) + 8MP dual rear cameras along with LED Flash. On the front side is 20MP camera for selfies and video calling.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
The Huawei Nova 2 price is set at 2499 Yuan (US$ 364 / Rs. 23,500) while the Nova 2 Plus price goes at 2899 Yuan (US$ 423 / Rs. 27,280). They come in Obsidian Black, Rose Gold, Aurora Blue, Grass Green and Gold color options. Both of them are up for pre-order in China and will go on sale from June 16th.
