Huawei Nova 8 4G variant with Kirin 820E SoC launched in Russia

Huawei first unveiled Nova 8 5G model in China back in December. Now, company has introduced Nova 8 4G model in Russia. Both of these share similar design and specifications with only noticeable difference being its Chipset and lack of 5G.

The Huawei Nova 8 4G has dimensions of 160.12 x 74.10 x 7.64 mm and weighs 169 grams. It has Dual Nano SIM slots and supports dual 4G VoLTE. The mobile is powered by Android 11 based EMUI 12 out of the box.

The smartphone feature a 6.57-inch OLED display offering 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 392ppi pixel density and multi-touch support.

The Huawei Nova 8 4G model specs include hexa-core (2.22GHz Cortex-A76 x 3 + 1.84Ghz Cortex-A55 x 3) Huawei Kirin 820E processor with Mali-G57 GPU. It has 8GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage space.

For optics, it has a 32MP selfie camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side are quad-cameras consisting of 64MP (main, F/1.9) + 8MP (ultra-wide, F/2.4) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) shooters and LED flash.

It has 3800mAh (typ) / 3700mAh (min) battery capacity and supports 66W Huawei SuperCharge fast charging. For connectivity, there is support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4/5Ghz), USB 2.0 Type-C, Bluetooth V5.0, NFC, GPS/GLONASS/beidou/Galileo and 3.5mm audio jack.
