Huawei Nova Lite with Kirin 655 SoC goes official in Japan

Huawei has announced a new smartphone in Japan called Nova Lite. It is the same smartphone that launched in China as P8 Lite (2017).
It has 5.2-Inch IPS liquid crystal display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 423ppi pixel density. Under the hood is an octa-core (2.1GHz x 4 + 1.7GHz x 4) Kirin 655 processor with Mali-T830-MP2 GPU.
The Huawei Nova Lite specs include 3GB RAM with 16GB internal storage ROM. It also allows further storage expansion using MicroSD card.
The battery has 3000mAh capacity. The handset houses dual Nano SIM slots and supports 4G LTE as well. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with EMUI 5.0. On the back side is a fingerprint sensor for added security.
The smartphone features in an 8MP front facing camera for selfies. On the back side is a 12MP Auto Focus camera with F/2.0 Aperture, CMOS image sensor and LED Flash.

The Huawei Nova Lite comes in White, Black and Gold color options and will go on sale in Japan from February 24, 2017.
